An incredible amount of light

Three high-performance next-generation CREE LEDs power the LED Stingray Mark II. Moreover, the implemented electronics enable the torch to emit a maximum of 1300 lumens of light output in a cool white colour temperature. The torch evenly emits the light in a wide, over 120-degree beam angle.

Stingray Mark II has long operating time

The Stingray Mark II LED light has a long burn time for up to 2 hours* thanks to the 21700 Li-Ion battery powering each torch. Furthermore, each battery offers 500 charge cycles with up to 75% capacity.  The built-in PCM protects the battery against overcharging, over-discharge, and short-circuit, providing a high level of safety.

Charging status and convenience of use

The battery features a very convenient charging system with a built-in USB-C port.

The LED Stingray Video Mark II Set comes with two rechargeable 21700 Li-ion batteries and a USB-C cable, which users can use to charge the batteries from any power source (charger, power bank, laptop, computer, or car USB charger).

Users can also charge the batteries with chargers dedicated to standard 21700 Li-Ion batteries.

Additionally, a built-in bi-colour LED in the positive pole of these batteries informs the user about the current charging status (red indicates the charging process; blue means that the battery is fully charged). The lack of a memory effect allows users to recharge the batteries at any time without negatively affecting their capacity and battery life.

Durable and reliable

A light but very rigid and mechanically durable polymer (polyacetal, POM) forms the torch’s body. This material exhibits high resistance to environmental factors (highly saline water, UV radiation, high temperature).

Precision molding from a single piece of aluminum alloy creates the head. The alloy used resists corrosion in seawater. 6mm tempered glass protects the LED Stingray Video Mark II, resisting scratches and mechanical damage.

Hard anodised aluminium head

Further to its feautures listed above, a protective layer of hard anodising covers the aluminium head of the LED Stingray Video Mark II. Compared to conventional coatings, the hard anodising coating is much thicker and provides exceptionally high resistance to mechanical damage (e.g., scratching or abrasion) and additional protection against corrosion.

Laser engraving ensures that all markings and descriptions on the torch remain durable, easy to read, and aesthetically pleasing, no matter how long the torch is used.

The LED Stingray Mark II is constructed to ensure safe usage at a depth of up to 200m.

Flexible arms

Flexible arms are very light, durable and modular construction – you can easily extend them by adding the additional corals to extend their reach and make them suit your needs best.

INTERNATIONAL EXCEPTIONS:

For international orders containing weights, cylinders (excluding suit inflation bottles) and Suex scooters please contact us in advance before placing your order.

These products are not included in our global max-capped shipping rates and are only shipped outside of UK mainland after freight cost is calculated based on total weight, dimensions of parcel, location of delivery and the courier service used. We will let you know what this cost will be before processing any order.

All cylinders we ship within and outside of UK mainland are filled and tested on site before being emptied for dispatch. Cylinders shipped outside of the UK will be empty and will also have their valves removed, requiring reassembly after you receive delivery. Twinset manifolds and bands will also be removed and dispatched together with the cylinders for safe global shipping.

We offer a 30 day return for any product sold under our Returns & Refunds Policy Please contact us before any return with your order number and date details. Note that all returned items are shipped at the customer's own risk and remain the customer's property until received by Underwater Explorers, so please ensure they are packaged well and use reliable postal services with tracking facilities. The goods will be inspected on arrival. 

Return postages are at your own cost and our outbound shipping costs (if items are sold with integrated basic shipping charges i.e. Free shipping for orders £45 and above) the UK shipping rate may be deducted from any UK mainland refund unless linked to a fault/defect claim.
